eParchments

Official eParchments are loaded into your ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢ digital wallet on the MyCreds.ca portal. The eParchment will become available one month following your convocation (or conferral date), allowing you to securely access and share your digital document. It will remain FREE to download and share with anyone who requires it.

Along with your parchment, you’ll also receive a digital version of your official credential, your eParchment, issued through , Canada’s digital credential platform.

Your eParchment will be sent to your 91ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏ email via a notification from MyCreds within one month of your convocation (or conferral date). Watch for an email from ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢ | MesCertifâ„¢ (noreply@mycreds.ca) with instructions on how to access your eParchment.

Accessing your parchment

Step 1: Check your 91ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏ email

We’ll send your eParchment to your @ucalgary.ca student email once it’s been uploaded to the MyCreds platform. Make sure to check your inbox—and your spam or junk folder—so you don’t miss it!

Step 2: Create your MyCreds wallet

Follow the link in the MyCreds email to access your MyCreds digital wallet, where your eParchment is stored securely. The first time you log in, you’ll be asked to set up your account.

Tip: Use your 91ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏ email for your first login to ensure it links to your credential.

Step 3: Link your personal email

Since access to your 91ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏ email will eventually end, we recommend linking a personal email address to your MyCreds account. This ensures continued access to your eParchment whenever you need it—for job applications, grad school, licensing, and more.

How to link your personal email:

  1. Log in to your MyCreds wallet.
  2. Go to account settings.
  3. Add your personal email address under linked accounts.
  4. Verify the email and set it as your primary login for future access.

Your credential is protected and can be shared securely with employers, institutions, and licensing bodies—all directly from your MyCreds wallet.
